Founder of The Cozy Reset Method™ | Chronic Illness Mentor | Trauma-Sensitive Coach

Katrina Paquin is a trauma-sensitive coach and creator of The Cozy Reset Method™, a soft, nervous-system-first approach to emotional healing, chronic illness support, and gentle mindset transformation. With a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology, extensive psychology coursework, and a minor in Literature, Katrina’s work blends academic insight with compassionate, relatable lived experience.

Before entering the wellness and coaching field, Katrina spent nearly 18 years as a Canadian Armed Forces Officer and Personnel Selection Officer, specializing in psychological interviewing, aptitude assessment, career counselling, and helping individuals navigate major life transitions. This foundation in human development, behaviour, and resilience deeply informs her approach today.

Katrina’s professional training includes Person-Centred Counselling, CBT Practitioner Certification, Life Coach Certification, and Spiritual Coaching, alongside formal training in Hatha & Yin Yoga and Meditation Teacher Training rooted in non-dualism. Her work weaves together cognitive tools, somatic practices, spiritual grounding, and narrative healing to create a coaching style that is gentle, accessible, and transformative — especially for women living with chronic illness, trauma histories, and emotional burnout.

Living with fibromyalgia and chronic health challenges herself, Katrina brings a level of empathy and honesty that resonates deeply with her community. Her method — combining CozyMind CBT™, somatic regulation, mindfulness, and compassionate self-talk — helps women soften shame, untangle overwhelm, rebuild self-trust, and make aligned changes at a pace that honours their bodies.

Across her programs, journaling guides, workshops, and online community, Katrina creates a cozy, safe space where women can slow down, breathe, and rewrite their inner story — one gentle reset at a time.
