SpiriMatch: The answer to your dating problems!

Let’s face it, for those of us who are in the dating world, we’ve had enough of the traditional dating app style of “what are you looking for” and “to see how it goes”! We’ve had enough of spending long nights chatting with someone only to find out that they do not believe that there is a higher power and anyone who thinks that there is is “fughed”. I’m tired of dating apps! I’m tired of dating too but that’s a story for another post. So I’m tired of dating apps in their traditional sense and I’ve decided that I’m going to do it. At the suggestion of a friend, I’m going to do my utmost to build a dating app. I mean, how hard can it be?

I once worked for this guy who is now a Colonel and the head of the branch that I worked for when I was in the military. He used to task me with the craziest of things. Build a gizmo that will sort out which people want which occupation. Ok - I would say! And off I would go with no idea how to make that happen. I also had another one ask me to build a library. And guess what!? They’re still using some of what I’ve done in the workplace today. I’m not well enough to go into a workplace or do traditional work, but I do love a good project that I can work on. This one seems much healthier than sorting through the thousands of profiles that come up with zero options at the end of the day.

I am building a community where we can share healthy ideas about dating. Then, as we build a community, we can begin to think about matching and building an app. I learned something valuable in my time in the military: always spend time in R&D before investing too much in one direction. I need to know what people think and want before I start plugging away.
